What is the value of membership credits?
One credit is the equivalent of $25.
For example, as Cryotherapy is usually $50 per session, under a membership this treatment will cost 2 credits. To help you understand how to best utilise your credits, we have put the credit amount required for our most popular treatments below.

How often do my credits refresh?
Membership credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle (week) and we will alert you of the update by email. Any unused credits in a week will roll over to the following week and remain active for 60 days from the date of issue.*

Do my credits expire?
Any unused credits which are not used within 60 days of the date of issue will automatically expire*.

Can I share my membership?
Yes! If you purchase any of the following memberships:
VIP Silver (up to 1 additional member)
VIP Gold (up to 1 additional member)
VIP Platinum (up to 1 additional member)
VIP Platinum Plus (up to 2 additional members)
You have the option to add one person (partner, friend or family member) to your membership, or two if you choose Platinum Plus. This is an ideal option for couples looking to improve their wellness together and seeking a way to maximise the available discounts.
We do not offer additional members for our VIP Diamond Unlimited Membership plan, which is specifically designed to be an individual membership only.
What is the minimum membership term?
All our membership packages have a minimum term of 12 weeks.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier / downgrade to a lower tier of membership?
Yes you can upgrade at any time. To downgrade, this option is only available after the initial minimum 12 week period has elapsed. This can be managed in your account when logged in.
How do I check the balance of my membership credits?
Log in to your account and under ‘User Profile’ there is an option called ‘Memberships’. Here you can view your credit balance,
How do I redeem my credits?
To redeem your credits, you can book a treatment(s) in the normal way, and at checkout the booking system will automatically check if there are sufficient credits available. If there are, credits will be automatically deducted once the treatment appointment time has been booked.
Can I freeze my membership and is there a fee for doing so?
Yes you can freeze your membership at any time after the initial 12 weeks period has elapsed. We do not charge a freeze fee for this option.
